Guidelines and Policies
By being part of the community, you agree to these guidelines and policies. Any breach or behaviours otherwise will result in consequences, including being banned from the community.
Our community will function as a resource to our members through regular meetings distinguished by collaboration, accountability, confidentiality, providing valuable advice and dedicated to safely challenging our members to help them meet their goals and objectives.
The meetings will cover a range of topics of importance to the group’s professional and business advancement.
As such, these guidelines and policies give us structure in which to operate and be protected in.
Structure
- A safe, confidential and trusted space for sharing business issues.
- Support one another in solving problems and navigating business challenges.
- Provide a valued resource base to one another to help find dynamic solutions and expand our networks.
- Learn from each others’ diverse talents, business experiences and unique perspectives.
- Explore new possibilities and expand our thinking to find ways to go where non-one has gone before.
Values
These are our enduring beliefs that will be used to guide our actions. We share the following values and intentions:

- Strong support through shared expertise, resources and thoughtful advice
- Preparedness for meetings to maximise contribution
- Total commitment to the success of individuals and to the group
Don'ts (i.e. please be nice)
- No spamming, solicitation nor hard-selling
- E.g. contacting people to promote your business
- No insults / being derogatory
- E.g. “your idea sucks” or “what a stupid suggestion”
- No sharing of confidential information or knowledge outside of our community
- E.g. taking details, knowledge, documents, and templates, etc and sharing it in other communities outside of your own business
- No taking advantage or using of sensitive information (that’s shared in confidence) in any way, especially against the original sharer
- E.g. Poaching another Community member’s employees because you know they’re unhappy, or blackmailing/threatening Tribe members because you know their business issues.
Policies
- There will be no calls on public holidays
