With a strong interest in building meaningful connections with people, Rongjie is always on the lookout for exciting business opportunities, particularly in the domain of human resources.

As a Business Consultant, Rongjie is responsible for managing group financials, providing financial advice to various business unit leaders, and exploring new areas of growth for the company. He has a demonstrated track record of success in finance and accounting.

Rongjie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Singapore Management University and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He is also an advocate for social causes and volunteers regularly with various non-profit organizations.

About Derrick Teo 

Derrick Teo is a seasoned entrepreneur who has been contributing to various societies and organizations since he was a student. He is passionate about living a significant and meaningful life and has been involved in grassroots leadership and blood donation initiatives. Despite being an awardee of the IDA public scholarship, Derrick declined the scholarship to pursue a life of entrepreneurship.

Derrick has over a decade of entrepreneurial experience in the Training, F&B, and Human Resource industries, and co-founded Elitez Group, a full-suite HR solutions provider with more than 200 corporate staff across the region. His success is attributed to his ethos of accountability to his clients and team members. Elitez Group operates in 5 countries across SEA, and Derrick is constantly seeking sincere talents and aligned entrepreneurs to participate in the company’s growth.
